At the 40/20 Collective, we have a team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who offer comprehensive psychiatry, including evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for clients age 15 and older.

Assessment and Treatment Plan

At your first visit, a provider will perform an initial psychiatric evaluation with a thorough assessment of your symptoms and mental health history. Based on your diagnosis and mental health concerns, your provider will develop a treatment plan and prescribe medication that is tailored to your unique needs.

 

Ongoing Monitoring

Mental health care is a collaborative process between you and your provider, with treatment designed to go at your pace to reach meaningful goals. Your provider will continually meet with you to ensure the medication is working as desired and make adjustments as needed.
